In these terms, "Agency" refers to OEC Recruitment, "Client" refers to any person or business to whom a candidate is introduced, and "Candidate" refers to any individual seeking employment or engagement through the Agency. Introduction refers to the provision of details or a CV regarding an individual.
2. Our Services
OEC Recruitment operates as a recruitment agency and recruitment business as defined under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations. We provide permanent and temporary staffing solutions across technical, construction, and specialist sectors. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be suitable for a specific role or that any client will offer a role to a candidate.
3. Candidate Obligations
- Candidates must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their qualifications and experience.
- Candidates are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Candidates must notify the Agency immediately if they are offered a position by a Client to whom they were introduced.
4. Liability and Indemnity
OEC Recruitment shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense suffered by a Client or Candidate arising from any introduction, failure to introduce, or any engagement. Clients are responsible for verifying references and ensuring the suitability of candidates for the intended role. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
